Quorum was lost when Alex Meleney left at 8:32 PM. Chair Nancy Gilfoy thanked participants and the meeting adjourned at 8:34 PM. FinCom listed follow-up actions and a set of upcoming meetings and deadlines, including the nomination submission deadline (March 24), the FinCom recommendation deadline (March 27), and Annual Town Meeting (April 28, 2026).
