The commission then adopted the Feb. 4, 2026 regular meeting minutes on a motion from Member Tony Karboski, seconded by Member Brittany Evans; that vote was unanimous as well.
No members of the public spoke during the public-comment portion. Member Brittany Evans moved to adjourn at 6:13 p.m.; Member Tony Karboski seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The minutes state that a recording of the meeting is available on the town's website under Government > Planning and Zoning.
