Orangeburg County Council received information regarding the Eastern End Utility Study during the Spring 2026 County Council Retreat held May 14, 2026, at 2020 Whitaker Street in Orangeburg. Chairman Johnnie Wright, Sr. opened the session; council members participated in discussion and were given an opportunity to ask questions about utility services for the county's eastern end.
