Elkin City Schools survey: integrity, finance experience top traits for next superintendent

The presentation emphasized the overlapping priorities of community and staff.
The board will use the survey results and the draft leadership profile generated from them as part of the application review and interview stages. The consultant said redacted written comments and the survey summary will be posted for public view and that the board will receive assembled application materials and a separate email with applicant counts on the application-deadline day.
