Housing Director Hannelore Dysinger reported that an error on this fiscal year's Home Preservation Grant (HPG) has been corrected by federal officials and that the county expects to receive the formal agreement next week. The program covers full housing rehabs.
Dysinger said the county already received the quarterly payment for the prior HPG grant that ended Sept. 2025 and that she would deliver the completed Roscommon County audit that day. Her update did not include a dollar amount for the corrected award or a precise start date for projects.
