Board confirms jury-board, transportation and opioid committee appointments

At the Jan. 22 meeting the Crawford County Board of Commissioners approved several appointments by formal motion.
The Board appointed Marcia Koppa to the Jury Board for a term ending April 30, 2028 (motion by Kraycs, second by Goscicki). The Board also appointed Lola Wagner to the Crawford County Transportation Authority with a term ending June 30, 2029 (motion by Lewis, second by Kraycs).
The Board approved three appointments to the Crawford County Opioid Committee: David Marvin (Bear River Health), Heather King (Kirtland Community College) and Denise Switzer (Northern Michigan Regional Entity); each appointment was moved and seconded and passed by roll call. In each case Commissioners voted aye and Commissioner Moore was recorded absent.
