Mr. Kearney said the summer program started recently and had close to 180 children across three parks last Friday. He recognized staff and volunteers, including Jordan Seamon and Borough Manager Greg Wolff, for help moving equipment and returning vending machines so programs could resume.
Council members thanked staff for their work and noted community music events and the Pocket Park lunches as signs of strong summer engagement.
