The Memphis Independent School District Board of Trustees met in regular session on Sept. 23, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Superintendent's Office. A quorum was established; members in attendance were Josh Brooks, Charolette Maddox, Sarah Cook, Michael Morris, John Robison, Val Gonzalez and Joey Salinas. Administrators in attendance included William Alexander and business office personnel served as recording secretary.
William Alexander led the invocation and Trustee Val Gonzalez led the Pledge of Allegiance. After a brief presentation by Sarah Cook and a unanimous vote to approve the September Budget Amendment, Trustee Michael Morris moved to adjourn, Josh Brooks seconded, and the board adjourned at 6:05 p.m.
