Commissioners approve Westman McCall two‑lot administrative subdivision

The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners voted to approve the Westman McCall Administrative Subdivision, which splits an existing lot at 8687 West State Farm Road into two parcels — proposed Lot 1 for a new home site and Lot 2 containing an existing home.
Judy Clark, Lincoln County planning administrator, presented the plat and told commissioners the subdivision complies with the county’s comprehensive plan, subdivision regulations and a recent rezoning that allows the smaller lot size. A motion to approve the subdivision was moved, seconded and approved on a roll-call vote.
Commissioners confirmed both lots have public-road access and discussed net acreage calculations that include right-of-way acres; staff said the right-of-way calculation is standard practice for rural parcels.
