Town staff announced that South Londonderry Village wastewater system Phase 2 has been selected as a regional priority project, which opens eligibility for additional funding streams. The town's grant writer (Karen Garrity of KG Consulting) is assisting with the pre-application process; staff logged into the portal and began the pre-application today.
Staff also noted RFP deadlines: Spring Hill culvert construction (due Feb. 26 at 2 p.m.) and town-hall window restoration (due Feb. 13 at 5 p.m.). Correspondence in the board packet included a liquor-license event permit, a thank-you card for naming the John Morse room, and a memo from Anan Fadell on town-hall renovation updates.
The pre-application to NBRC and other grants will determine next steps for pursuing funding and potential match requirements.
