"We want this process and the resulting document to be as transparent as possible," the chair said during the policy discussion.
Members requested additional draft language and redlines on a few topics (an org chart insertion, a combined code of ethics/best practices/civility document, and the standards for removing a board member). After discussion the board voted, recorded as 4‑0, to approve the first readings with the noted follow‑ups; the board then moved into executive session and said no further public actions were expected this evening.
