"I moved to accept the proposal from TK Trucking to provide services relating to the tree rule, estimated the cost $8,900, and to authorize the town administrator to execute any documents necessary for the hiring of the contractor to conduct the necessary work," the board record shows.
Staff will coordinate scheduling and confirm the contractor's insurance and permitting requirements before work begins.
