Ryan Feerer presented four proposed rebranding/logo options for the city and explained the story behind each design. "The 4 options presented were: Windmill City, 100th Meridian, Past and present (a combination of both), Hometown Love," Feerer told the joint meeting, and asked the group to select a preferred concept.
Mayor Rell Ray Cobb and members of the city council, the Economic Development Corporation and the Planning & Zoning Commission heard the presentation during the joint Called Meeting at Heritage Hall. No final selection or formal recorded vote is included in the minutes; the record shows the group was asked to vote on the options but does not list the outcome.
