Auditor/Administrator Sandy Fossum reported receiving letters of interest from Jerome Mauer and Nicole Benedict for reappointment to the Park Board. Commissioner Rollie Ehlert moved and Commissioner Terry Goerger seconded a motion to reappoint both; the Board voted unanimously to extend another term to Mauer and Benedict.
Ehlert also reported that a vehicle went through the ice at Mooreton Pond. The Park Board will obtain additional signage and Donnie Lingen is addressing requirements; once signs are completed they will be placed to warn the public. The Board's action combined both reappointments and public-safety follow-up for park infrastructure.
