Attorney says petitioner limited to five gaming machines; will seek amendment

At the Village of Cherry Valley Liquor Commission meeting on Oct. 7, Attorney Zamora, speaking during public comment as counsel for the petitioner, said the petitioner is limited by CherryVale Mall Management to five gaming machines and that the petitioner would request an amendment to their application to reflect five rather than six machines.
Attorney Zamora stated, "per CherryVale Mall Management, his client can only have (5) gaming machines, so he will be requesting to amend their application to reflect only the allotted (5) gaming machines, rather than (6) machines." The minutes record this as public comment; no motion or formal amendment was recorded in the minutes at this meeting.
