Trustee Sally Hollembeak moved to send the application to the Village Board; Trustee Nancy Belt seconded. The commission recorded a roll-call vote with Belt, Hollembeak and Chairman David Schroeder all voting AYE, and the motion carried 3-0. The application lists Classes A, E, L, G and K and the business address as 7140 Harrison Avenue, Rockford, IL 61112. A copy of the application will be placed on file with the minutes.
