President Schroeder then called a motion to enter executive session under 5 ILCS 120/2 (C)(1) to discuss personnel matters. Trustee Scott Kramer moved, Trustee Mike Neville seconded; a roll-call vote was recorded with each trustee voting AYE (Nancy Belt, Mike Neville, Sally Hollembeak, Brandi Pearse, David Schroeder, Carl Wedig, Scott Kramer) and the motion carried 7-0. The Committee was in executive session from 7:47 PM to 8:07 PM. The meeting reconvened at 8:08 PM and adjourned at 8:10 PM.
