Dan Jarocki moved to adopt the Oct. 1 agenda and later moved to approve the Sept. 10, 2025 minutes; Dina Brandt seconded both motions. Both motions passed by voice vote: "All 'AYE' None opposed. Motion carried by voice vote." The meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m. and adjourned at 6:33 p.m.
Deputy Village Clerk Heather Riley took roll call and recorded the minutes. The minutes were later reviewed by Village Administrator Jim E. Claeyssen on Nov. 3, 2025, as reflected in the meeting record. No public comments were recorded.
