President David Schroeder introduced the item and Trustee Scott Kramer moved the contract be approved; Trustee Sally Hollembeak seconded. A roll call vote recorded six ayes and no nays. The board did not attach additional conditions to the contract during the meeting. The motion and roll-call result were recorded in the meeting minutes.
