The board went into executive session under Section 551.074 of the Texas Open Meetings Act to discuss appointment and employment matters; it returned to open session at 5:58 p.m. to take action. Trustee John Bonner moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:00 p.m.; Trustee Bud Shamblin seconded the motion.
