Applicant Theodore (Ted) Hafner, sworn in, told the council he plans to store equipment inside the outbuilding and only vehicles would be parked outside. He described the gravel storage area as roughly 50 by 80 feet and said he might convert the house to a rental unit. Council members asked clarifying questions about the gravel area and building reuse; no residents spoke against the request during tonight’s hearing. The council closed the hearing and scheduled a vote on Bill 5,517 for the next meeting.
