Town to advertise 2025 procurement of trash and recycling carts; bids open Sept. 11

The town board authorized the advertisement for the Town of Orchard Park's 2025 acquisition of trash and recycling carts to be purchased directly from the manufacturer. The advertisement and sale of bid packages are scheduled for Aug. 28, 2025, and the bid opening will be held Sept. 11, 2025, at 10:10 a.m. in the Supervisor's Conference Room at 4295 South Oakville Street.
The motion to advertise the procurement was moved and seconded and carried by voice vote. The board did not provide additional procurement specifications during the public portion; interested bidders will need to obtain bid packages when they become available on Aug. 28.
