Several members agreed with the concept but requested a more complete plan and process for community review, and asked whether $150,000 total would be sufficient for the scope. One member said the prior floor resolution creating the park had not laid out a clear community process and preferred to see a plan and funding estimate before approving further transfers.
No formal appropriation was recorded during the workshop; members asked staff to prepare a clearer scope and to return with more details at a later meeting.
