John Bonner moved to accept the consent agenda; Dr. Bill Lowry seconded and the minutes record the vote as 7-0.
The consent agenda also included authorization for the superintendent to execute the Navarro College dual-credit agreement, enabling continued dual-credit instruction for eligible high school students in 2026–27. The minutes do not include the MOU text or financial terms.
