Bud Shamblin moved to keep John Bonner as board secretary; the recorded vote was 7-0.
The minutes show a discrepancy in attendance reporting: the meeting opening notes five board members present, but several votes later in the minutes are recorded as 7-0. The minutes do not explain that difference.
