Moira board authorizes small FY2026 budget transfers to fund local programs

The adopted transfers were: $4,000 from AA 1220.100 (Supervisor salary) to AA 6150.400 (Food Stamp Reach Out); $1,000 from AA 7310.400 (Supervisor salary) to AA 6510.400 (Veterans Service); and $1,500 from AA 7310.400 (Supervisor salary) to AA 7620.400 (Adult Recreation).
Councilwoman Dawn Barney moved the budget amendment and Councilman Adam Deuyour seconded; the motion passed by roll call (Ayes 4, Nayes 0). The minutes state the transfers were requested by the Town Supervisor. The minutes do not include program-level detail or the anticipated timing of expenditures for the transferred funds.
