Board approves easement agreement at 10580 Illinois Ave to formalize access stairs

Applicant Doug Allen told trustees the existing stairs were installed by the prior owner without a permit and that he plans to have engineered plans reviewed by Pikes Peak Regional Building to bring the steps into code compliance. After trustee questions, a motion to approve the easement carried by voice vote.
