Vice President Doug Pustejovsky moved to approve the audit "as presented by Cameron L. Gulley," and trustee Kris Lowery seconded. The motion passed unanimously, 7-0, with trustees John Gerik, Doug Pustejovsky, Blake Kettler, Kris Lowery, Craig Sustala, Lauren Wolf and Denton Tucker recorded as voting yes. The approval completes the board's formal acceptance of the auditor's report for the 2024-25 fiscal year.
