Council members expressed concern about traffic, access points and the site's topography — one council member described a "massive ravine" that complicates connection to Kansas Avenue — and asked whether separate access points were feasible. Staff explained that the layout largely mirrors a previously approved Lee Valley plan and that additional separate entrances would be impractical without major infrastructure (bridges) or land changes. The rezoning and preliminary plat were approved by roll call.
