The council approved the final plat for Carter Acres (FP 0226), a two-lot subdivision at 706 South 122nd Street that preserves an existing dwelling and dedicates additional utility easements and right of way. Mark Lee, community development director, said "The lot 1 will be about 3.6, and lot 2 will be 10.37. West Mission Creek runs through the property."
During the public-comment period the applicant's representative, Alex Elliott of Atlas Lane Consulting, confirmed plans to sell the 1-acre lots and to remodel the existing home on Lot 2. The council voted to accept the dedications and move the final plat forward; no public opposition was recorded in the meeting.
