Project lead John Anderson updated the board on the courthouse renovation: crews are awaiting an estimate for a coating required on the underground drain tile walls from Comstock Construction, and landscaping removed for construction can be salvaged and put back in place.
Anderson said Scotts Electric has tied in the chiller and that "BDT will get the chiller running the second or third week of April." Commissioners noted progress while asking for cost estimates and scheduling details as the project moves toward mechanical system activation.
No separate funding motions were taken related to the courthouse update at the meeting; commissioners were given status information and timelines for follow-up.
