Board approves warrants, moves $361,000 into FY2026 general fund budget

The board also approved resolution number 2026 to move a previously budgeted fund-balance amount into the FY2026 General Fund income, increasing the budget by $361,000 and correcting miscoded expenses. Marion identified a wrong date in the motion paperwork which will be fixed in the record.
