Supervisor Chad Niles presented a resolution to rescind Resolution #79-2026 after identifying a typographical error in the bid amounts presented at the April meeting. The summary presented to the Board stated that Brady’s Enterprise had actually quoted $6,000 (not $5,000) and that Karass Grass had quoted $5,300. The Board voted unanimously to rescind the prior resolution and to award the FY2026 mowing services contract to Karass Grass as budgeted.
Councilman Frank Snyder moved approval of the revised award and Councilwoman Dawn Barney seconded; the roll-call again recorded all five members voting aye. The resolution replaces the earlier award and directs town staff to proceed with contracting consistent with the corrected bid figures.
