Supervisor Chad Niles updated the Board that the FY2026 Brushton-Moira Summer Recreational Program will be held at the Brushton-Moira Central School District this summer because of ongoing construction near the dam recreation area. The camp is scheduled to begin July 13, 2026; registration fees will remain $25 per child with a $10 fee for each additional child from the same household.
Niles said approximately 90 children participated in the program last year and the Town is hopeful for another strong turnout. He asked the Board to publicize job openings and to assist with interviews; Councilman Justin Robinson agreed to help with hiring. Registration forms and job postings will be available on the Town of Moira website and at the Town offices.
