The resolution text states, “NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board does hereby accept an INTER‑MUNICIPALITY AGREEMENT made as of by and between the BOARD OF EDUCATION of the BRUSHTON‑MOIRA CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, County of Franklin, State of New York, and the Town of Moira, County of Franklin, State of New York, as attached hereto and made a part thereof; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign the agreement on behalf of the Board.” Councilman Adam Deuyour moved the measure and Councilman Frank Snyder seconded; the roll call was Niles‑Aye, Snyder‑Aye, Deuyour‑Aye, Robinson‑Aye, Barney‑Aye (Ayes 5, Nayes 0).
Supervisor Chad Niles was recorded presiding over the vote. The agreement was placed on the agenda as Resolution #70‑2026 and will be executed by the Supervisor on behalf of the Town.
