Facilities Manager Scott Krueger briefed the Property & Technology Committee on April 15 about planned maintenance and capital work across county buildings.
Krueger said Energy Control and Design Inc. tentatively scheduled boiler replacement for the week of April 27, 2026, and Select Plastering Corporation will begin skywalk maintenance (R2025‑06‑07) when weather permits. Two bids to replace the A/C unit in Building A were received and will be placed on the May agenda for the committee to review. Krueger reported a roof leak at the LEC building caused by ice falling off the tower and said staff will monitor the situation to protect people, vehicles and buildings.
The committee accepted the Facilities Manager’s report as informational and did not take formal votes beyond placing the A/C bids on the May agenda.
