Village Administrator Podgorski reviewed the Tru by Hilton (Lewisville Hotel) subdivision plans for the north side of 172nd Street, west of Torrence Avenue, and presented a request to amend the Redevelopment Agreement (RDA) demolition schedule. Staff indicated the amendment and subdivision approval will be placed on the April 21 Village Board agenda for formal action.
Committee members did not take a final vote at the April 7 meeting. The April 21 packet should include the subdivision plat, demolition timeline and any related RDA amendment language for Board review.
