The meeting was called to order at 11:30 a.m.; the chair said the council convened into closed session at 11:32 and returned at 12:22 p.m. "We returned back from closed session at 12:22," the Chair said.
The chair said "information was received and direction was given to staff" after the closed session. The agenda listed item 4a as a conference with legal counsel for the initiation of litigation under Government Code section 54956.9(d)(4); the chair also cited the public-comment rule under Government Code section 54954.3 and invited comments, but "seeing none" the council proceeded into closed session. The meeting was adjourned at 12:22 p.m.
