Joseph Sultana, the lead design professional representing owner Peter Nguyen, said the side of the house was pulled forward, the dormer was built out and the interior wall will be finished with stucco; windows will be deepened and accented with wood trim.
The board treated the project as a Type II action under SEQRA (617.5(c)(11)) and the Chair moved to approve the application; the motion passed 4‑0. The applicant noted landscaping was not yet updated but said native plants or trees could be added; the board did not require a landscaping plan as a condition at this time.
