Planning board moves regular meetings to 4 p.m. through December 2026

During Citizen Talk Time on April 13, board member Kelli Campbell asked whether future meetings could be held at 4:00 p.m. Chairman Terry Edwards said the meeting time "could be adjusted provided it accommodates all Board members." Following discussion the board agreed to change the meeting time from 6:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. through December 2026, when the schedule will be reevaluated.
At the close of business Paul Ray moved to adjourn; Jerry Terry seconded and the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 4:32 p.m.
