Staff advised that the engagement letter was included for Council review and that fees had not increased from the prior year. Motion to approve the agreement was made by Councilmember Jaime McCabe and seconded by Councilmember Max Ledesma; the motion carried unanimously.
Next steps include execution of the engagement letter and coordination between city finance staff and the auditor to begin the audit process for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2024.
