The list of properties includes addresses including 208 5th St., 401 Ave B (mobile home), 1618 Lee St., 1624 Houston St. (mobile home), 301 Ave C, 222 Ave T Spaces 18 & 19 (manufactured homes), 206 9th St., 1312 10th St., and 325 Oak St. (already abated). The motion to order demolition of the remaining structures carried unanimously.
Separately, the Council adopted a motion regarding the structure at 1710 Austin St. (WILLIAMS (LEV), BLOCK 3, LOT 6): the owner was ordered to report back to City staff at the second meeting in April with updates on funding efforts and a rehabilitation timeline. That motion carried unanimously.
Code Enforcement Officer Eli Colunga had earlier reported on progress at 116 Walnut St. (a separate property under prior Council order), noting repairs are progressing close to the approved timeline.
Motions: Michael Stueart moved the motion concerning 1710 Austin St.; Jaime McCabe seconded. For the demolition order across the remaining properties (minus 325 Oak), Jaime McCabe moved; Michael Stueart seconded. Both motions were adopted unanimously.
