During the public comment period on Feb. 3, resident Liam Quinn and business owner Robin Rivers urged the council to consider parking impacts on Third Street.
Mr. Quinn said the addition of a deck on a business on Third Street "would eliminate three needed parking spaces" and added that "there is no ADA parking on the south side of Third Street." Robin Rivers of R Bar echoed concerns about limited parking and said the deck would further limit access. Council took no formal action at the meeting on the deck request; the comments were entered into the record for staff consideration.
