Public Works Director Paul Kremer presented a finalized temporary salt storage agreement with Ground Systems for 1876 Union School Road, a city‑owned parcel. The plan calls for a cost share between the city and Ground Systems to pave the driveway, install a concrete pad and place concrete block walls around the pad once the pavement cures. Kremer said the goal is to have salt storage in place by November 2025.
Commissioner Doug Bine moved and Commissioner George Eldridge seconded acceptance of the memorandum; the commission approved the municipal order accepting the MOU (Municipal Order 2025‑45) by a 5‑0 vote. The MOU formalizes responsibilities for site prep, cost sharing and temporary storage on city property.
