Trustees approve consent agenda, risk fund contribution and other routine items; virtual course request tabled

Jesse Wyse presented the TASB Risk Management Fund contribution and coverage for 2026–27; the board approved the contribution and coverage by a 5–0 vote. Kim Chow-Jackson presented a new virtual course request; Vice President Jason Olson moved and Secretary Ken Beber seconded to table the item to the next month, and the board voted 5–0 to table. The TASB Employee Litigation Agreement was presented by Asheley Brown and the board took no action on that specific item.
