Council reviews FY26 budget calendar and hears City Manager updates on pool, development and TxDOT project

The city also listed building plans received for 7 Brew, Whataburger and Circle K, and said the TxDOT College Avenue project will resume the week of June 2 with expected completion by mid-August. Staff noted a retirement celebration for Captain Tammy McDonald on May 30 at Studebaker’s.
