The board approved a three‑year pet licensing services agreement with DocuPet to replace the county's prior vendor. "It's the same system that Deschutes County is using… it will lower our costs and be more user friendly," staff said while presenting the proposal.
Separately, commissioners approved an order appointing people to serve in the pool for the Property Value Appeal Board under ORS 309.067, including a motion to appoint Fatima Weir to the Central Oregon Regional Housing Authority / Housing Works Board of Commissioners. Commissioners noted training and onboarding will be required for new appointees.
Both actions were moved, seconded and approved by voice vote; staff will complete contract signings and send appointment paperwork to the clerk.
