"So in bringing her back on board with staff, we will be able to return dual credit status to our Spanish 4 population," the introducer said, adding that the change will help the district's college‑credit completion goals. The board approved the hiring of Renee Castro as a separate personnel motion during the consent items (vote recorded with one abstention).
