Katie Russell (Public Health) said the board had approved the committee’s bylaws the prior week and is now working to build a roster of 10–15 members that includes community representatives. The board approved letters of appointment for Jennifer Eels, Penny (Jenny) Pritchard and Catalina Sanchez Frank by motion and voice vote.
Commissioners said the goal is to recruit additional community members and to ensure the committee provides broad provider and community perspective for county public‑health and social‑services planning.
