The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a staff-recommended request to enter an unopened portion of the Colbert Street right-of-way so the applicant, Mr. Villanueva, could gain access to his property. Staff reported no objections to the request, subject to the attached resolution.
Christian McHugh of Kelly McHugh & Associates spoke for the applicant, saying they are prepared to complete “all the necessary paving and drainage improvements.” Commissioner Martino moved to approve; Commissioner Robert seconded and the motion carried.
